Kathleen Linder

Kathleen is a transformational technology executive known for innovation in software design and delivery, vendor partnerships, and large-scale program leadership.  She oversees the information technology strategy and operations for both providers and payers.

Kathleen has extensive experience in multiple health domains including payers, integrated health systems, and large providers such as ambulatory and hospital. Previously, she held executive leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, UnitedHealth Group, CommonSpirit Health, and Tenet. 

Kathleen earned a bachelor's degree in business from California State University, Fullerton and a Master of Science in engineering from the University of Southern California. She’s a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program.
